How to Record a Walk-In Sale with Quick Sales
A customer at the counter wants to pay now — there is no time for a quotation or invoice. Quick Sales records the sale in a few taps and gives you a receipt. In the Android app it also works without a signal and syncs later.

- Products saved in Maxvois, so you can tap them instead of typing.
- A plan that includes Quick Sales (Pro or ProMax).
Steps

Start a new sale
Open Quick Sales from More and tap New Sale.

Add the products
Search by name or code, then tap a product to add it. Your Cart lists what you have added, with the running total; change a quantity or remove a line there.

Check the customer
The sale is for Walk-in Customer unless you tap Change or Add customer to attach someone from your list.

Charge and choose the payment method
Tap Charge — the amount is on the button. Under Payment received via, select how they paid, then tap Complete Sale. Maxvois only records the payment; it does not process it.

Share or print the receipt
Sale recorded confirms it. Tap View Receipt to share or save it, or Print if a printer is set up. Start the next sale with New Sale.
